Intermezzo by Stephanie is a small batch, locally owned, chocolate business based in Ephrata, PA, recently recognized by the Lancaster Newspapers Readers Choice Award in the Homemade Chocolate Category.
Founded by Stephanie Harley as a tasty, creative way to share her love of chocolate, Intermezzo by Stephanie was established after she discovered there was an overwhelming demand for her unique chocolate goodies created for catering events and parties.
Using Lititz, PA’s Wilbur Chocolate as the base for her original recipes, Stephanie's first products were the result of her wanting to find an indulgent new way to make chocolate bark. The result? A variety of unique Specialty Gourmet Chocolates that take chocolate bark to a whole new level. With creations like Never Enough Peanut Butter, Omega Healthy, Cherry Bounce, and Dirty Little Secret, her specialty chocolates have been described as "crazy with flavor, crazy with chocolate, and crazy delicious!”
In addition, Intermezzo offers a range of hand-crafted products including Chocolate Covered Pretzels and Oreo Cookies, Chocolate Lollipops, Marshmallows, and Whiskey Drops. We also offer Gift Baskets, Corporate Gifts, Party and Event Favors, and custom labels and colors to match any theme.
